Meet the Speakers
Name: Jenna Sitte, CID MN, NCIDQ, IIDA
Job Title: Senior Project Interior Designer, Senior Associate
Designing more than 1 million square feet of complex, multi-phase projects in just a few years is no simple feat. But Jenna has done it all while developing client relationships and innovating from within. Her natural curiosity is appreciated by clients and colleagues alike, as she brings research and subject matter expertise to specialty projects. Beyond project delivery, Jenna has helped form a firm-wide initiative, Data–Informed Design, which uses project data and Revit models to adapt and refine workplace trends and keep our clients at the forefront of the information economy.
Name: Korrin Howard
Job Title: Associate Dean, School of Design and Associate Professor
Minneapolis-based artist and educator, Korrin Howard, is the Associate Dean of the School of Design at Dunwoody College of Technology. Korrin is driven by both inspiring students to find their voice in the design profession and creating positive change in the educational landscape. She finds energy in creating space for community, generating ideas, and empowering the next leaders of the design field.
Korrin has a background in interior design, industrial design, and sustainable architecture, and she uses this background to bring a unique perspective to her work with students, faculty, and industry partners. Her 20+ years of teaching experience has provided the opportunity to work with a multitude of students from a variety of backgrounds and encourage them to pursue their passions.
Name: Nick Nelson
Job Title: GoodLINES Representative (MN/ ND/ SD)
With over two decades immersed in the Twin Cities design community, I’ve cultivated a passion for curating exquisite spaces. I have a undergraduate degree with a major in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
I joined GoodLINES in 2018 after spending almost two decades representing decorative surfaces and flooring in the upper Midwest. Previous to becoming a product representative, I worked as a designer on educational projects.
I take joy in connecting with friends in the industry, offering them meticulously crafted furniture, textiles, and acoustic solutions.
Name: Matt Grynol, Associate AIA, IIDA, LEED AP
Job Title: MillerKnoll Strategic Relationship Executive and Workplace Leader – North Central Region
Matt has 20 years of experience focused on commercial architecture and interior environments providing strategic guidance to organizations, enabling them to optimize employee engagement, transform workspaces, and adeptly navigate change.
In his role as Strategic Relationship Executive, Matt serves as a regional leader focused on business development for Architectural Design and Commercial Real Estate partnerships for MillerKnol in Minnesota. At MillerKnoll, Matt’s expertise has been recognized through his involvement in the Workplace Leader Program. Matt thrives on being intensely creative, encouraging new thinking and experimentation. In this capacity, he collaborates with insights and strategist leaders across various markets, reshaping the company’s design ethos to drive innovation and create dynamic, human-centered environments that are deeply impactful and transformational.
With focus in areas of culture, change and workplace design, Matt’s experience spans all vertical markets and industries, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations. He has been a Design Leader and the Director of Workplace for the Central-West region of one of the nations top architecture firms, involved in projects nationally and across multiple countries, with award winning recognition.
Matt holds affiliations with AIA, IIDA, and LEED AP certification. His work ahs been published globally, featured in periodicals across the United States, Canada, South Korea, Spain, Turkey, and India. Matt holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and a Master’s of Architecture from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
