Meet Your Presenters

Megan Eckhoff

Megan is one of the influential leaders within ESG’s interior design practice with over 15 years of experience in designing mixed use, workplace, hospitality and residential projects. She’s known for making bold moves and strikingly intricate details. Megan led the interior design of North Loop Green’s commercial office building and ESG’s new office.

Katrina Weiland

Katrina is an accomplished interior designer with over 15 years of experience designing residential, workplace, and hospitality projects. She prides herself in exceeding client expectations and being a mentor within ESG’s interior design studio. Katrina led the interior design of North Loop Green’s residential building and co-designed the office amenities.

Melissa Metzler

Melissa is a Principal and Co-Director of Interior Design at ESG.  She’s been working in the Twin Cities design community for over 20 years and brings valuable experience to the design team as an inspirational mentor. Melissa has led the interiors team on several notable and award-winning projects including Lora Hotel in Stillwater, Minnesota, and the Fulton Labs projects in Chicago, Illinois. Melissa was instrumental in visualizing the interior design story for North Loop Green.

Ann Fritz

As Principal and Co-Director of Interior Design, Ann established and built ESG’s interiors department on a local, regional and national scale. Ann has repeatedly transformed design into a dynamic brand program for clients with innovative solutions, attentiveness to detail and dedication to project success. Her position on the Board of Directors has helped elevate the firm’s culture and inspired a more diverse set of values. Ann oversaw the interiors team and process for the design at North Loop Green.
