We’re excited to welcome Tom Haller, Architecture Discipline Lead at MSR Design. Tom will guide us through his journey of “Reflection and Focus.”

After more than a decade of experience working in the profession, designing for the built environment, Tom will share some of his insights along the way. Although creativity and curiosity have been a constant in his life, it was not always clear that architectural design would be the defined path. Harnessing the raw energy of an inquisitive and often distracted mind has been and will continue to be a valuable on-going process. Through important figures in his life, opportunities and challenges in his career, and moments of focus in his work – please join for a glimpse into his world of thought and process.

Tom Haller, RA, Architecture Discipline Lead | Associate

As architecture discipline lead and associate with MSR Design, Tom contributes to a diverse range of projects, from small local community centers to regional museums and large urban libraries. His passion for addressing creative challenges and dissecting complex issues shapes his role in guiding designs through the exhilarating and treacherous design terrain that bridges aspirational early kick-off meetings to celebratory grand openings. Tom’s holistic approach to conceptual planning, exploring through digital modeling software, and effective communication with team members drives the success of the projects he works on from start to finish. Drawn from more than a decade of experience, he offers expertise in architectural detailing, budgetary considerations, and construction administration.
