Two Marketpointe was designed to meet the US Green Building Council’s LEED Gold Certification standards, saving 25% in energy compared to conventional office buildings.

Complete with a plug-and-play modular infrastructure, raised floors, under floor air delivery: interior solutions that adapt easily, while promoting energy efficiency and sustainability.

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is the developer, design-builder and asset manager for Two MarketPointe. This integrated single-source approach has allowed the project team to deliver a high performance sustainable design at a reasonable cost and schedule. Two MarketPointe is the first phase of a complex which will include a second office tower connected to the two-story lobby and restaurant.

Two MarketPointe is leased and managed by CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm and the building’s anchor tenant and was designed by BDH and YOUNG Space Design. In 2007, CBRE announced its goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2010.

IIDA Northland Pilot Mentorship Program- Wrap Up Party / Forum Pre-Forum Networking Event

The IIDA Northland Pilot Mentor Program Wrap Up Party will be part of the May Forum. This event is a time to meet with your student/mentor as well as other professionals and celebrate your participation in this pilot program.

This wrap up party is not required but we encourage all mentor matches to attend.
Also attendance to the Forum tour of the CBRE Two Marketpoint project is free for students and mentors in the Pilot Program.
