click photos to see larger images Loring Kitchen & Bar is a new restaurant concept developed by owner/president Bob Levine. The 3,900 square foot space, in the recently redeveloped Eitel Building Apartments, overlooks Loring Park in Minneapolis. The developer of the apartment complex had a ground level space where he wanted to offer a casual neighborhood eatery and hangout that could take advantage of the site’s picturesque setting. Loring Kitchen & Bar was designed to do just that and has become a great amenity for the tenants of the apartment building as well as visitors from around the city. The layout of the space was focused on views of the park and most seating offers great sight lines. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors on three sides tie the inside to the outside and the majority of seats face outward, offering spectacular views.
