Vision is a leadership breakfast event featuring keynote speaker, David Kwong, focused on creativity, professional growth, and optimism. Providing an opportunity to gain leadership secrets and insights from transformational masters from within and beyond the design community. This unique opportunity is focused on moving our organization and industry to new levels of innovation.
David Kwong is a stage magician, TED speaker, cruciverbalist (crossword-maker), and puzzle expert, whose crosswords regularly appear in The New York Times, LA Times, and other national publications. His first book, Spellbound, reveals seven age-old principles of illusion we can use to impress, persuade, and motivate audiences—how to gain an edge on the competition, and stay one step ahead of everyone else. David is the founder of The Misdirectors Guild, a group of magicians and illusionists that consult on a wide range of film and television projects, and he has consulted on numerous Hollywood films including Now You See Me, Ant-Man, The Imitation Game, and Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, and is the puzzle and secret code consultant for the hit NBC show Blindspot. David will also be designing illusions for (and co-producing) Deception, an upcoming magic/FBI procedural
