Changing Human Factors: How they effect the designed environment

A.J. Paron-Wildes has acquired significant experience working in the design/build industry. She has created and led a multi-million dollar award-winning design/build firm, developed national programs for the ASID, developed and funded design research programs for the University of Minnesota and pioneered various charitable programs. She, and her work, is featured in many television segments on HGTV, PBS and Bob Vila. Over twenty publications have published articles of projects completed by Ms. Paron-Wildes. She has served as a design judge for several design professional organizations. These efforts have not gone overlooked, A.J. has been honored with accolades from numerous organizations like NKBA, NARI, Chrysalis Awards, Professional Remodeler Magazine, Remodeling Magazine, and ASID. Presently, she is serving the design industry as an Architectural and Design Specialist for Allsteel, an office furniture company for the contract industry.

Mike Harrigan has been with TOTO since March 2001. From 2001 thru 2003 Mike served as the Midwestern Region Specification Manager with a client base of architectural and engineering firms. 2004 began Regional Sales Manager duties that continue today. In January of 2007, Mike began as Sr. Regional Sales Manager. Mike is based in Chicago and works out of the Chicago TOTO Gallery, located at 500 N. Wells.
This course will better inform the designer on water efficiency and requirements for new toilets. It will also explain the new innovative technology that is shaping bathrooms today. The designer will also learn about the Water Efficiency Credits in LEED.
