Call to Courage Workshop Forum

There are many aspects that make a workplace a desirable place to be as an employee. The space, the culture and the people all make up a workplace that can be inspiring and uplifting. Although Interior Designers have the opportunity to take part in creating those spaces, part of the equation is an individual striving to be courageous as a leader. Dr. Brene Brown writes about this topic in her book “Dare to Lead,” a #1 New York Times Bestseller.

Come experience a taste of Dr. Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead program through a workshop lead by The Daring Venture. Molly Peterson and Holly O’Hanlon, Dare to Lead certified coaches, will present on identifying your call to courage, and help you explore how vulnerability and courage can provide a path to braver leadership within your personal and professional life.

Be prepared to have your cameras turned on for this virtual event, as we will be splitting up into discussion group for part of the event. The Daring Venture Team will provide you with a workshop booklet that you can use online or print out beforehand to complete during the event.

Please notify forums@iida-northland.org if you are no longer able to attend this event at least 24 hrs in advance from start of event. No shows that do not notify IIDA within 24 hrs before the event start time will be charged the non-member fee of $40.00.
