Weddings

Erin Catlin of KKE Architects and Andy Bettino were married on Friday, August 14, 2009 in a “Grecian Garden” themed wedding at St. Paul College Club, St. Paul, MN. Thanks for sharing a link to pictures, Erin!

Babies

Katie Hunsley of Miller Dunwiddie welcomed a new baby boy, Henry Donald Hunsley, who was born (2 weeks early) on February 19, 2010. According to the completely unbiased opinion of his mom , he is adorable as can be and they couldn't be more thrilled! 

Ann Sickmann of Prevolv had a baby boy on November 24, 2009 Cooper Louis Sickmann, 9lb-6oz, and 21-1/2” long. He is doing great and his big brother Zack is such a big help!

Greta Foster of MS&R Architects welcomes a baby boy, Simon Huntley Foster, born about 3 weeks early on March 1. He weighed in at 7lbs-7oz and measured 21” in length.

Cassandra Griep of Ellerbe Becket had a baby girl, Alexa Ann Griep, on
March 6, 2010.

Holly Thompson from Hirshfields gets the prize for reporting in most quickly after the birth of a child when she emailed the following (edited) less than 14 hours after the event: I wanted to share with you all that we had a baby BOY last night (January 10, 2010). All went really quickly - got to the hospital at 10 and he was born by 11:37!  We named him Truman John Thompson. He is 7lbs, 14oz, 20"long.  So perfect!

Professional Developments

Joanne Chappellaz is now working at ESG as an Interior Designer.

Mollie Yee started a new job as an Interior Designer at Partners & Sirny earlier this year.

Oertel Architects celebrated 14 years in business on February 1st, 2010!

Aaron Eggert was promoted to Director of Sales at S+T Office Interiors Group and will be promoted to Vice President of Sales on August 1st.

Sarah Morrissette just started with BDH&Young as an Interior Designer at the end of March.

Matt Hart was hired on as an Interior Designer at HGA, Minneapolis location, in early February.
